This is a view from the top of the Mountain, and is overlooking Alvaiazere itself.

It is well worth a drive up to the top

As the views are great, and as you snake you way up you will see signs for the paragliding which takes place here, and also yet another gun club.

These are associations which are well run and where the members go out to shoot Rabbits and Partridge. It is also another place to go and meet up with the lads and have a few “copo’s” of wine.

The wine round here is good and a glass in a local bar is rarely more than 30 or 40 cents.

There is also and archeological dig round here somewhere but as yet I have not found it, but the ancient history can be found at the local Museum,only completed last year,and well worth a visit.They have some good postcards as well.
